I Woke Up This Morning Thought That I Was Catching

I woke up this morning thought that I was catching a cold because it felt like my nose was stopped up and wet (I was laying on my back). I got up and looked in the mirror and saw blood all around my nose and face. I cleaned myself up went back to my room and saw that there was blood on my pillow. I am on Xarelto because I suffer with blood clots. Should I go to the hospital.
