I Woke Up This Morning W/ Painful Burning Sensation When

I woke up this morning w/ painful burning sensation when i urinate. Now i just noticed a pinkish blood when i wiped. Is this UTI or should i seek medical treatment? I have never had an issue before so it has me worried and the pain is only when i urinate
