I Woke Up This Morning With A Lot Of Pressure

I woke up this morning with a lot of pressure in my ear and when it popped it started draining water and hurting very badly i also smoke ice three times a week and have been having ear problems since I started. Can peroxide help or make it worse at this point I'll try anything
