I Woke Up This Morning With A Lump On The

I woke up this morning with a lump on the top right hand side of my head and it is very tender to touch. As if somebody clubbed me over the head while I slept. It is very tender and is the first time I ever felt any such bump on top of my head. What could it possibly be?
