I Woke Up This Morning With A Swollen And Dropping

I woke up this morning with a swollen and dropping left side of my face...there was no pain. Blood pressure was very good 123/83...the previous night saw no variation in my diet; however, I did feel a strange stingling in the front o my neck.....Do you have any suggestions? Swelling is going down well.
