I Woke Up This Morning With My Entire Left Side

I woke up this morning with my entire left side of my body itching really bad, and now its turned into an itchy and tingling sensation and a little burning, and its spreading on my entire left side of my body. What could this be because I work in an ER and the doctor here said he didnt see any bite marks on me to say it was a bug.
