I Woke Up This Morning With My Tongue Hurting On

I woke up this morning with my tongue hurting on the left side. I did not think much of it and as the day went by I still noticed it! I did not eat any thing I had not eaten before. Not now that I have given home my tongue feel a little fat. Lol I am not having a hard time breathing. But I have noticed that I am talking funny! I am a 38 yr. F. WITH NO REALLY HEALTH problems
