I Woke Up This Morning With One Of Those Funny

I woke up this morning with one of those funny quivers next to my right eye. All i can compar it to is when you sometimes get that funny little quiver next to your eye when you re tired or stressed.it usually goes away in. Few minutes. I have hd this all day .shold I be concerned ?
