I Woke Up This Morning With Sharp Pain, In My

I woke up this morning with sharp pain, in my upper back and neck on the right side of my spine. When I move my head to the right and back it creates a sharp pain and tingling in my arm. Is there anything I can do about it without going to the ER. It is keeping me from sleeping.
