I Woke Up This Morning With Stiffness In My Right

I woke up this morning with stiffness in my right side of my neck and it hurts when I open my mouth to eat or yawn. Odd. I don't recall having issues last night sleeping in an odd position. Tylenol is not helping, nor is a cold pack. Why would activity with my mouth make it hurt? I'm confused.
