I Woke Up Three Days Ago With A Very Sharp

I woke up three days ago with a very sharp pain in my right ribcage, its to the side and about nipple height. It feels like a runners stitch but hasn't subsided in three days. Every time i take a deep breath or move the wrong way i get a sever stabbing pain. There is no bruising. I'm not really sure what to do about it.
