I Woke Up To Scalp Abrasions. They Are Red. Scabbed

I woke up to scalp abrasions. They are red. Scabbed a bit. Difficult to tell with poor light and too much hair. Best look I could clearly see a glisten of red and agitated areas like islands through a sea. Located at seven and five o'clock looking down on head. Itchy. I used alcohol on my hands to investigate. Rubbed peroxide on infected areas.
