I Woke Up Two Days Ago With Crescent Shaped Bruise

I woke up two days ago with crescent shaped bruise two inches left umbilical region.two nights before bruise I had to very quick run to vomit (two hrs after )eating-foam and bile. It felt like I emptied my whole stomach. I have gone Few years with constant pain, constipation and now weight loss past few months. Can't keep weight up. and this year had numerous test such as stomach emptying,colonoscopy, blood work all normal.. Only to discover a benign cyst in hip on right...so after all this frustration I need new blood ran... My biological grandmother had pancreatic cancer.. I am wondering even not being a drinker could this be related to my pancreas?
