I Woke Up With A Bruise On My Hip About

I woke up with a bruise on my hip about a week ago. It seems to have come out of nowhere. It is spreading after a week and has gotten a lump under the skin. I also have back pain just slightly above and behind that seems to not go away. This is also paired with chronic exhaustion. Can any one help me? I am a 20 year old male. I've never had clotting or bruising problems. On the contrary, I seldomly bruise.
