I Woke Up With A Bunch Of 15 Mosquito Like

I woke up with a bunch of 15 mosquito like cluster of bumps on my lower butt area a week ago, not at all itchy but sore to touch, the bumps swelling has reduced but they have turned into scabs, there is also a red line coming from the area to the front of my thigh quite sore to touch, what would this be?
