I Woke Up With A Sharp Pain On The Backside

I woke up with a sharp pain on the backside of my right knee. It kind of felt like a muscle cramp so I got up to wwalk it off - then my right foot and leg started to feel tinglely. My whole right side is feeling kind of tingelly right now but I am not experiencing any severe pain.
