I Woke Up With A Sharp Throbbing Pain In The

I woke up with a sharp throbbing pain in the center of my chest when I breathed. It doesn't hurt at all except when I breath in. I had a gsw to my upper right chest by a 22. That fractured my 5th right rib and the bullet is towards the back in my right side abdominal area. I was shot about 4 months ago. I'm 20, weigh 176, smoke, don't drink, no drugs, no history of heart problems. Any ideas? Thanks.
