I Woke Up With A Stiff Neck 4 Months Ago.

I woke up with a stiff neck 4 months ago. Played tennis but had discomfort in shoulder. Went for massages and physio, for 3 months still not back to normal. Feels like I have been shot in the shoulder. Hard to raise my arm above my head. Lots of pain. Should I get an mri?
