I Woke Up With Jaw/ Ear Pain On My Right

I woke up with jaw/ ear pain on my right tmj, thought maybe I was grinding my teeth in my sleep or maybe I was getting a near infection. As the day progressed I noticed numbness in my bottom lip mostly on the left and my eyes feel odd. The pain is like a one. My mouth feels as if I went to the dentist today and the anesthesia is wearing off. I was thinking Bells Palsy, but I don't have a visible droop. When I move my mouth there is a slight difference in symmetry.
