I Woke Up With My Bottom Right Part Of My

I woke up with my bottom right part of my bottom lip kind of puffy in a way but not a lot. And I looked in my mirror and I seen a very small bump thing on the outside of my bottom lip. I popped it and clear fluid came out. I have no idea what it is. I've never had this before so it's kind of scary for me. Please help.
