I Woke Up With So Much Energy That I Couldn't

I woke up with so much energy that I couldn't be still that lasted for a few hours then suddenly while talking I couldn't focus nor complete a thought now I feel nauseated, shaky inside and my skin feels like it's crawling. Any ideas? I do not take drugs other than what has been prescribed and I take those as directed and I do not drink.
