I Woke Up With Very Painful Lesions All Over My

I woke up with very painful lesions all over my face and neck. Some are crusty and a purplish red color while the others are dark red and oozing puss. I've developed a strong burning sensation throughout my head and down my neck and a numbing sensation down my arms and into my hands. My face and glands are painful to the touch. I have lost my appetite but still feel very nauseous. I'm experiencing flu like symptoms such as cold chills, the sweats, and serious body aches. However, what worries me the most is I have list almost all capability of moving my neck. The pain has me in constant tears. Please help and give me some type of idea of what I'm dealing with here.
