I Woke Up Yesterday With A Terrible Pain On My

I woke up yesterday with a terrible pain on my lower left abdomen. It hurts to walk around but mostly when I move while laying down or cough. I had oarange mucas in my stool but now it has turned blackish green. I did take one dose of pepto yesterday morning. I also tried a colan massage and it hurts to push all along the lower abdomen. And it is swollen. I do not have insurance at this time so I am scared to go to er and if it is something bad have it considered a pre existing condition. Any advise on what this could be.
