I Woke Up Yesterday With Four Pimples On My Public

I woke up yesterday with four pimples on my public area. I had some sexual contact (fingering) 2-3 weeks ago. Wondering if this is herpes. I shaved the area to take a better picture of it. Also tried popping the pimples and only clear liquid came out. No itchiness, No burning and no pain. What could this be?
