I Woken Up Covered In Blood An Also All Over

I woken up covered in blood an also all over the bed and over my lads leg so I got up and cleaned my self and my lad so as usual thinking I started my monthly I put a pad on but it's been on for 8hours and it's only got a tiny little bit of blood on
But I've been cramping, crying I also can't eat or stand up and I also keep popping a lot like every half hour

So I would like to know if you would have any idea on what it could be?
