I Wore A Halter Monitor Over 30 Days Ago( June

I wore a halter monitor over 30 days ago( June 26-28, 2018) for 48 hrs. This past weekend I experienced abdominal pain, fever, the chills, severe body aches and have broken out in itchy red patches shaped like the squares of the leads exactly where I had the leads attached over a month ago. Is this a delayed hypersensitivity allergic reaction to the glue on the leads or a latex allergy? I have been experiencing crawly skin issues for some time after the test but never made the connection to the halter monitor. I use a lot of art supplies and adhesive in my daily life, as a crafter with adhesives glue and erasers, etc. Can this have triggered the delayed reaction?
