I Work A Lot Of Hours And Have A Lot

I work a lot of hours and have a lot of stress but try to use good techniques to relax and cope with my load. I have had a long exhausting day and choose to go to bed early. I have a history of UTI infections and had some discomfort when I urinated so I took over the counter AZO Standard as I have many other times before this one. I lay down and within 30 mins wake up to severe and I me severe itching. So bad I have to get up. I go into the bathroom and even the bottoms of my feet are tingling and itching, my lips and my face feel tingly and like they are swelling but to look at me I just lol flushed and red. I feel as those my heart is palpating and a having a bit of pressure when I swallow, my back is covered in what looks like mosquito bites everywhere, they are getting bigger and disappearing in some places and reappearing in others. Again the bottoms of my feet are on fire and itching. What is going on with me? Again I haven't eaten, taken or done anything abnormal!
