I Work A Very Physically Demanding Job And Sweat For

I work a very physically demanding job and sweat for most of my 8 hr shift in a tropical environment. I am required to drive multiple times a night in sweat soaked closes. Within the last month, after 6 months on the job, my back and buttocks broke out in what I believe are boils but they are more purple than red and in the spots that are pressured by sitting become painful. I have stopped wearing under shirts and try to stay as dry as possible, this seems to have helped my back but not the buttocks. I am a 42 year old fair skinned Caucasian (blue eyed mildly ginger of Germanic descent) in good heath but have a long history of inclusion cysts and sties on my eyes, eye allergies make not rubbing my eyes very difficult especially in the dirt and dust filled environment I work in now. I retired from the military 15 months ago and my sensitive skin was one item noted in my retirement physical. I am seeking less physical work but in the mean time is there anything more I can do to treat/mitigate this condition and is it worth seeking antibiotics?
