I Work At A Desk With Computers And Not Much

I work at a desk with computers and not much walking etc. Extended periods of sitting. Yesterday I took my grandchildren to Chuckee Cheese. When I got home that evening, my feet were a dark purple, almost black. I am overweight, have a fast heartbreak, asthma and am prediabetic.
