I Work At A Doctors Office And One Of The

I work at a doctors office and one of the employees came to me last week and said she was diagnosed with Mono and said that her doctor said for everyone to get checked, so I did and my results came back positive and I have informed the doctor of this because some of the other employees might have it. I just wanted to know she I go back to work or stay home and rest until my symptoms reside?
