I Work For Medical Instrument Company That Uses An Industrial

I work for medical instrument company that uses an industrial degreaser to clean finished product. Being a cleaner, I am constantly using this chemical and occasionally get it on my skin. Because of the methods we use to clean it often splashes a few drops on my face. Now I've developed horrible acne and some sores on my face. What can I do to clear up my skin?
