I Work In A Group Home And We've A Severe

I work in a group home and we've a severe case of scabies and it has spread to other individuals and to staff. I'm having a severe reaction to the nix treatment. I'm itching my skin raw and til it bleeds. I don't have any new lesions but I'm ripping my skin up. I so.e times am wondering if I've scabies again or I'm just itching so bad from the nix cream. Please help me
