I Work In A Housing Complex As A Supports Coordinator.

I work in a housing complex as a supports coordinator. I am not a medical person but I have some indirect experince with medications As I was a mental health case manager with a mental health clinic for over 28 years. one of the things I was taught constantly was about drug inteactions and contradictions. I have a resident that is 65 years old multiple spinal surgeries. He listed his medications to me. He has been perscribed Baclofen 3 X2 a day and Neurotin 2X a day. My history tells me this is a no no. He has gait problems, constantly falling, confusion, clumsiness, and slowed cognition.
should I recommend he go and take medicaitons in for review?
