I Work In A Huge Freezer I Took A Deep

I work in a huge freezer i took a deep breath today & all of a sudden my upper back started to hurt and i was having trouble breathing it felt like someone knocked the air out of me, what could it be? Now my left shoulder blade hurts and have a tingly feeling on my upper back.
