I Work In A Kitchen. I Wanted To Know If

I work in a kitchen. I wanted to know if high temp grill cleaner can cause chemical pneumonia. In the last 3 months I have had several respiratory problems including bronchitis and pleurisy. I was given antibiotics and steroids, but the problem is back again. Most of my symptoms match chemical pneumonia.
