I Work In A Long Term Care Facility And Recently

I work in a long term care facility and recently went to the er for some boils. It turned out to be Mrsa. They put me on antibiotics. Now they have opened and are draining. They both have holes in them that I can stick tweezers in about half an inch with no pain. Should I go back to the er or is this normal for Mrsa? I don't have a fever.
