I Work In A Nursing Home And After Working There

I work in a nursing home and after working there for about 9 months me and several coworkers broke out in a ichy rash of bumps. We all assumed it was scabies, got treated for them and it cleared up, but then a few months later it cvame back so one coworker got a scrape and it came back that it was not scabies. Could it be mold?
