I Work In A Plastic Molding Factory, I Work Twelve

I work in a plastic molding factory, I work twelve hour swing shifts. I have been there for nine years. I constantly am exposed to many chemicals from the melting plastics threw breathing, the skin, and on my clothes. I am experiencing headaches, mood swings, leg cramps. Can these be symptoms of chemical poisioning? Where do I go to get help?
