I Work Nights 12 Hr Shifts And I Know It

I work nights 12 hr shifts and I know it affects both my sleep and metabolism for losing weight. Trying to come up with some solution that I can implement for this. Changing shifts are not an option. Getting 4-5 hrs sleep is the norm since I have to be up to be mom as well.
