I Work On My Feet For 5 To 8 Hours

I work on my feet for 5 to 8 hours a day at Walmart. I have noticed tonight that my ankles are very swollen on the one side the left it is really bad have put feet up and and have tried to put ice on it but all it is doing is making it hurt. Any suggestions?
