I Work On Ships At Sea And Bromine Is Used

I work on ships at sea and bromine is used to treat the water, when I am on the ship the head of my penis becomes red, sore about 8MM diameter after being on the ship after about a month. I have tried numerus creams and nothing creates a relief. do you have any suggestions how I can deal with this issue?
