I Worked In A Basement Which Had Been Under A

I worked in a basement which had been under a phosphate fluoride basin. Underneath where I am working are dried residues which I may have inhaled while installing electrical pipe. I must have inhaled some of it due to tight locations. Would that have a side effect?
