I Worked On The Yard On Sunday, Cut Limbs Off

I worked on the yard on Sunday, cut limbs off trees and then in the evening had to spend the night at my daughter's house as she was working the night shift and I had to get up early to take kids to school. I slept next to a window unit and woke up shivering for half the day. I warmed up with a small heater at work and took a Tylenol. By the time I got home at 4pm I could not wait to lay down and cover up. My bones were aching, I was cold and could not do anything but get up to toilet myself. Today is Wed I did not go to work Tues or Wed. I have a little cough but it is not productive.
