I workout 5-6 days a week, and have for years. Monday (4 days ago) I was doing weighted dips, and felt a pop in my pec. I had no pain whatsoever, and felt around for a tear. I took all weight off, and attempted body weight only, and noticed about 3/4 of the way down, slight pain. After googling my symptoms, I self-diagnosed myself with a torn pectoralis minor, grade 1. I have full range of motion. I attempted to do light bench press yesterday, after a few days from the injury, and noticed about 3/4 of the way down, slight pain again. How long should the full recovery be? Should I completely rest it, or continue with very light weight?
