I workout a lot, I have recently lost 12 lbs and am currently maintaining my weight(I'm at a healthy weight) and I have stopped drinking alcohol frequently. I would have 2 glasses of wine most notable guts. I have stopped drinking everyday, I limit myself to 3x per week. Every day, afternoon & evening I am so tired. I usually go to bed earlier than I was several months ago. I feel like I'm sleeping well. Why am I so tired?!
