I Worry About ALS Because I Have Muscle Twitches Randomly

I worry about ALS because I have muscle twitches randomly throughout my body when at rest. I work out a lot - almost daily. I don't notice weakness, but wonder if it is early ALS symptoms - random twitches - say in my calf, then in my rib, then in my forearm, then in my back, then in my thigh, etc. They don't happen repeatedly for any duration - just a single twitch, then another somewhere else like 30 minutes later. I also suffer from anxiety.
