I Would Like An Orthopedic Surgeon Or At Least Someone

I would like an orthopedic surgeon or at least someone who has specific knowledge of knees to explain my MRI report to me. My right knee hurts tremendously and I've had an MRI, but I don't yet have a return appointment scheduled and I and quite anxious to learn what this report means. I have the report I can attach. Please help me if you can.
