I would like some information about my symptoms. I have been near anemia for about a year, have an anal fistula, get frequent stomach cramps, often feel nauseated after I eat, my anus doesn't look right, there's frequent blood on the toilet paper, puss and or blood comes from the fistula. My stomach gets bloated often and my hair is falling out more than a normal amount
