I Would Like To Ask If I Can Stop Taking

I would like to ask if I can stop taking Tozam every evening. I was advised to take half a tab of Tozam 50 mg as maintenance since October 2014 after an episode of high bp in July 2014. In addition since that episode, I have tried to change my lifestyle, i.e. reducing my consumption of red meats, avoiding fatty food, eating more vegetables. I work in an office and my only exercise is getting up to get my printouts or leaving the office to take my lunch and walking to where I get my ride. I am 51 years old, 5 feet tall, weigh 120 kg.
