I Would Like To Ask Whether I Am Under Risk

I would like to ask whether I am under risk of getting hiv in the following events:
1) kissing, not French kissing, but the girl did use her tongue to lick my tongue and lips,
2) I touch the tip of her vagina, and my finger did not insert into her vagina,
3) she did a hand job and I am not sure if she had vaginal fluids on her hand when she did the handjob. Assume if she had vaginal fluid on her hand, can the HIV virus get into the tip of my penis.
